Enter a fictional purchase reference and collection date. The submission joins the staff fulfilment queue as Pending.

Build a takeaway order
Follow Food → Drinks → optional Merchandise. Configure two Gratte cups with different designs and drinks, then review one order ID.

Show the new booking, pre-order and order in the dashboard. Mark the order Completed once it is handed over, preview an Excel menu import and export filtered sales records.
